DELVIUM PRIVACY POLICY

Delvium is developed by Greg Michaelson. This policy explains how information is handled when you play Delvium.
We do not operate our own game servers. Delvium uses storage on your device and Apple services, including iCloud, CloudKit, Game Center, and the App Store.
GAME PROGRESS AND ICLOUD
Delvium stores information needed to operate the game, including your player profile, progress, inventory, equipment, companions, discoveries, and settings.
Supported game data is synchronized through your private iCloud database so you can access your progress across devices. Fate Shard balances and related purchase, reward, and spending records are also stored to maintain your wallet and prevent duplicate transactions.
Private iCloud saves are separate from the public discovery registry described below.
PUBLIC DISCOVERIES
Delvium maintains a shared discovery registry using Apple’s public CloudKit database.
When a discovery is registered, the information may include the crafted item’s name and characteristics, discovery date, crafting count, discoverer display name, and Game Center player identifier when available.
This information supports shared discovery records and recognition of the first discoverer. Discovery details and discoverer names may be visible to other players. Do not use a display name that contains information you do not want shared.
IN-APP PURCHASES
Apple processes purchases of Fate Shards. We do not receive your payment card information or Apple Account password.
Delvium processes transaction identifiers, product information, verification information, and purchase or refund status to deliver purchased shards, maintain your balance, and prevent duplicate credits. Relevant records are stored on your device and in your iCloud wallet.
ADVERTISING AND TRACKING
Delvium does not use third-party advertising networks or track your activity across other companies’ apps and websites for advertising. We do not sell or rent your personal information.
DIAGNOSTICS AND SUPPORT
Apple may provide app analytics and crash reports according to your device settings and Apple’s policies. We may use available reports to identify problems and improve Delvium.
If you contact us for support, we receive the information you choose to provide, such as your email address, message, and attachments. We use that information to respond and resolve your request.
RETENTION AND DELETION
Game information is retained to provide saved progress, synchronization, discovery records, and purchase functionality.
Deleting the app does not necessarily delete information stored in iCloud, device Keychain storage, or the public discovery registry. Resetting game progress does not necessarily reset your Fate Shard wallet or transaction history.
You can manage iCloud storage through your Apple device settings. For assistance with deletion requests, including public discovery information or support correspondence, contact us using the address below. We may need information to verify that a request relates to your records.
Apple independently manages its purchase records under its own policies.

CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
We may update this policy as Delvium changes. We will publish the revised policy with an updated effective date.
